Teams are welcome throughout the year!  Pick your dates, location and ministry project and we’ll do the rest!  We currently we have teams in Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru.  Click on a country above to learn more!

Inca Link Colombia has several compassion ministries which include working with children (Oasis), drug and alcohol recovery group, young teen mothers, T-shirt company, folkloric art purses and much more!  They are also working on projects all the time in which teams play a very helpful role.
Ecuador offers three different types of working environments: urban, rural, and extreme. Each option partners with local church and/or local Inca Link ministries to help fulfill a need or complete a project goal with the hope of establishing a platform to share the Gospel.  When a community witnesses a group sacrificing their time and energy to serve them, conversations are had, relationships are built, hearts are opened, and lives are transformed forever.
Our goal is to connect North America and South America and together work in compassion and construction ministries. We are firm believers in building relationships with the nationals at building projects and ministry sites. All these work projects are nicely mixed with cell group ministries, day care opportunities with children, evangelism, and church growth. We like to refer to short-term missions as a spiritual transformation ministry because it is more than “tourism missions trip.” It is a chance for God to work in someone’s life.
